Alright Lads, on the interview how many questions do you get asked out of the paper work you get from careers advisor?? is it all of them or just a select few ?

The question sheet is merely a guide to the level of research expected. It could be all of them, some of them or different ones entirely.

Even if a caindidate knew there were only going to be, for example, 3 questions asked, how would he know which 3?

Memorise as many as you can, then do some extra research like looking up a few specs. I was asked what are parts and meanings of the cap badge, where the units are based, What weapons are used, ways specialisations I was interested in should I pass out, how much I knew about the training cours. You get the idea, just make sure you have a solid knowledge and you should be good man, good luck.
