I found that this helped.
A technique called 'greasing the groove' is also known to be pretty effective.

You're welcome. I used to do it normally once a a week, and it'd get progressively easier to complete it. You can loop it so that it plays again, so you can do it to failure and get a bit further each time.How’d the sally song help ? Did it help Improved endurance and reduce that burn ?
