I've not done any dry runs of the RM tests.
I used the forum for exercise ideas but as I was training to join a the army, never considered getting involved until circumstances changed now looking at reserve options.
I'd been training for reg officer in the army so acceptable but for RMR its a work in progress:
Press Ups- 39 (though 21 fr females),
Sit ups- 50
Pull ups- 5

My 5K run time is about 26 min
