Get stuck in.

What's your PJFT timings? Have you tried a mock one? And push-pull-sit ups?

How come it took you from last year to speak up?

I've not done any dry runs of the RM tests.
I used the forum for exercise ideas but as I was training to join a the army, never considered getting involved until circumstances changed now looking at reserve options.

I'd been training for reg officer in the army so acceptable but for RMR its a work in progress:
Press Ups- 39 (though 21 fr females),
Sit ups- 50
MSFT: 9.3
Pull ups- 5
[Note: Not to the beep]
My 5K run time is about 26 min

Good stats. Try and get your push pull sit to the beep though. It's a bit of a difference.

Bit of a chance going from Regs to reserve?

If I can ask why the sudden change? Surely a career as an officer would be more beneficial than RMR? Why not Regular RM Officer or OR?
