Hi, hoping to join the RM family within the next year or so, I’m 17 still at college unfortunately, would have applied sooner but parents said no.
Wondering who has advice on best Routine to be able to start doing pull ups. Also some questions regarding clicking joints, causes no pain or discomfort, just clicks Sometimes.

Don't be afraid to get stuck in - you can find all the information you need in the Training Methods section.

With regards to the joints, were they broken in the past, or have they always "clicked"?

Never had a broken bone, they have always clicked, it’s normal until I’ve done a proper warm up so the only thing I can think of is that is the Synovial Fluids trapping air?

Your 17, you don’t stop growing until your 21, you should be fine.

If it’s painful though, then stop.

Get amongst this forum too lad.
