alright everyone bit of a late arrival to the intro. Have been using this site for ages, so much useful information everywhere you look. *text deleted* got my second prmc coming up. Can’t wait to smash it and crack on.
Basically endurance in my legs weren’t there ! So bottom field killed me especially the bunny hops. This time around more lover distance stuff and then leg workout straight after. Also thrown a couple of hill sprint sessions in every weeks as well.
