Been using these forums for a while throughout the process, wanted to reply to something so I had to introduce myself. Got my PRMC coming up in the new year, which I'm excited about. My return 1.5 was done in 9:10. As far as training is concerned I'm doing 4 Strength workouts a week with a short circuit either before or after each workout. With three sprint workouts with my longer runs (5-8 miles) being more aimed at recovery, running them comfortable around sub 8mm. Swimming is something I'm fine with and should be comfortable with come the test.
