Hey. My son is at the very start of this process. He is hoping to attend one of the Experience Days to ensure this is what he wants. Such a good idea to put on these days. He would be looking at entering as Officer. Just hoping to be more informed by joining this forum. Thanks

A very warm welcome to you & good luck to your son in his career aspirations.

As ever, with Potential Royal Marines Other Ranks & Potential Royal Marines Officers, it's vitally important for the individual to do the research, and find out what they really want to do.

The most important thing is to aim high, be happy in the personal goal and avoid being influenced in taking a career route influenced solely by anyone linking academic achievement or family history with the level of entry.
