    Hello all,
I am 16 and have to go to college(Parents wouldnt allow me to join at 16) however before I turn 18 I will be applying to join as an OR recruit and hopefully start RT around when I turn 18. I want to be able to use this forum to help me with any advice/tips to get fitter and be prepared for assessments/medical/prmc.

Welcome to the forum & thanks for posting an introduction. This place is jam packed with useful, accurate and relevant information.

Giving your body a few more years to mature is no bad thing. The Corps isn’t going anywhere so focus on completing your education first- you’ll not regret it.

Stack the deck in your favour. Why not give yourself every advantage?

    Best of luck
