Evening all,
Just a heads up, this Sunday (24th Septmeber) on BBC 1 at 1735 is this years Invictus Games.
I know for a fact that former Royal Marine Mark Ormrod is competing as I follow him on social media.
Worth a watch and definitely puts things in perspective for you if your lacking a bit of motivation.
