Is my training okay?

    As a once serious rower its taken some time to adapt to running again...passed my pjft with a 9:15 return. I’m 6ft3 so not a natural runner so my training is tilted towards getting used to it...is my training okay?

    Monday AM - 2x 1.5mile
    Monday PM - BFT
    Tuesday AM - 8mile run
    Tuesday PM - circuits
    Wed - rest
    Thursday AM - 6x400m sprints (or a variant)
    Thursday PM - Gym
    Friday - 5mile run
    Saturday 1 - 6 mile
    Saturday 2 - hill sprints
    Sunday - rest
