i am still at school but hoping to join the marines when i leave. I am currently in training and run 3-5 times a week.i can do 3 miles in 21 minutes and it is gradually falling. But i can only manage 43 marine press up in 2 minutes and 67 sit ups in 2 minuets and struggle to do more than one decent marine pull up.Is there anything anybody can recommende to get these up to standard?e.g training tips or techniques.thanks :bigsmile:
