Right we all know that on the return 1.5 miler we have to complete in under 10:30

Well I done the return run in 10:37 but here is the reason for that.
I was wearing a resistance weight vest which even knackered me out on the first 1.5 miler which I done in 11.40

Because it's a vest, you don't feel like you are carrying anything. You just feel like you've put on a lot of weight.

When I pick it up with my hand it doesn't really feel that heavy but it makes a lot of difference when wearing it.

The worrying thing is, the added weight was only an extra 2kg which is not actually that heavy. Maybe my fitness has deteriorated!
