For what? What are you trying to achieve?

It all depends on preference. What is advices you get all of the nutrients and minerals you body require to keep going and repair, and maintain energy levels.

i am aining to get fit an healthy for the marines so like what is the best dietry plan for me to get into there

The three keys to getting fit are: Excersize, Rest and diet. The diet is simple just eat alot of fruit and veg instead of an unhealthy alternative keep your fluids up (lots of water) Have as much protein as you can, eggs are v good, goodluck!

drink alot of water, drink often and in little amounts, your performance can drop quite alot and not even when your dehydrated you can drop your performace during phys.

Basically..........

Loads of protien...Steak, Chicken, Fish eggs...etc

Loads of Crabs.....Pasta, Rice, Potatoes etc.

Loads of fruit and veg.

Loads of water.

Simple really.
