hey y'all!

i am jetting off to the states on thursday. which should be fun, for 8 weeks!

i need to keep my fitness up whilst iam there obviously, will my fitness drop loads if i just do some running every other day?

because i will be really busy everyday i am there.

so if i did say 1.5milers or something and pressups now and again will i keep some fitness?

oooo oo ooo and will i be able to get my fitness back up to the standard i am today quickly or will it take longer????
