Nothing particularly spectacular but thought some of you lads might enjoy this. It's an Aussie TV station filming an SASR counter-terror exercise on some empty office blocks.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQedh28FJiA

Particular favourite bits are:

Explosive entry at 1:37 - you can see the electricity flash as it moves along the command wire from the bloke to the charge.

Flashbang-induced Rave on each floor at 2:06 and beyond

Good post mate. Lately, I've become quite interested in the australian regiments, mainly because I've have unimaginable free periods. Anyway, found this on youtube:

I think you can watch the series on youtube, there's about 6 videos of about 10 mins each.

Yeah I saw that a while back now - there's a better version of it if you search the title + EXTENDED.
It's 1.5 or 2 hours instead of just the 1, and goes into a bit more depth with the interviews (i.e. an extra 35-40 mins of beards moving up and down!) well worth it if you're into that.

Also try SAS - The Search For Warriors. There's 2 episodes and if you scroll down a bit, somebody's put the parts together into 2 sections of about 52 mins. Was only filmed Summer 2010 so was extremely recent - so recent in fact that some of the blokes featured will still be in "Cycle" or continuation training.
