My interview got moved to the 31st mate but i know my corps knowledge off by heart so should be ok!
*text deleted* been doing the body weight circuit on the RM websight + thrown in pressups and weights whenever i can throughout the day!
Been runnning about 4-5 times a week, alternating between intense 3milers and long 5 milers!
I just started getting into it last week. Surprised myself with how fit I already was! *text deleted* get a lot of training in yet though.. I do lots of running, interval training, cycling, swimming. Should be good to go in a couple of months hopefully all going well.
I used to run on the cliffs with my mate who was going into the RAF.
Did a run/walk from Deal Castle to the Docks and back once, but mostly did runs from st Margrets to the coastguard station and back. Fookin hilly!
