*text deleted* of a knee injurie which i recovered from about 6-7 months ago i was out of playing any sports or doin any sort of training for about a year and a half..now recently while i've been running i've been having sharp pains in the same knee and soon have to do my PJFT!! so if anyone has any advice to give please do as soon as possible thanks!

I think were in the same boat.... my doc says to strengthen my hamstring as its compensating for weaker knee ligaments!

Knees

Lads, go see an Osteopath.
I had a pain in my right knee that came from doing no training to lots.
I went to my local Osteo, saw a sports therapist a few times and now two and a bit months on and I'm back running with no pain.
Osteopath will cost *text deleted* it's private, but it's worth it. HSA insurance is like £17 quid a month and they put money towards your treatments.
It will sort you out though.
