maybe you’re right but your last sentence made me laugh. You are aware your knee is the patellar and tendinitis affects the tendon right? ;)
Mate Patella tendinitis effects the Patella tendon which is the thick, sturdy tendon that runs over the top of the knee cap (patella) and connects it with the tib. Google “jumpers knee” as this is what I think you might have

When I say “inside” the knee I mean under the knee cap like your ACL or MCL or cartledge.
