need some advice- started having back pain in December before that i had been rowing 6 days a week and back injuries were common at the club. *text deleted*'e been seeing an osteopath since January who keeps saying the problem is muscular tightness, it shouldn't stop me from training and it would go in a month.had a scan which came out as fine and its been more than 6 months and the problem hasn't gone has anyone got any suggestions on how to fix this

Could be hip flexor ? Try doing some hip flexor mobility and stretches see if it helps

Try some glute stretches, tight glutes can give lower back pain! Tight glutes can effect your sciatic nerves and can give you a feeling of lower back pain, have a look for some stretches that help to stretch them off.

Stretch them twice a day for a week and you’ll notice the difference!
