Loz's Guide to cheap supplements

Hey up guys,

I've taken a few different supplements over the past 3 years and wasted a hell of a lot of money. I know there are some PRMC users out there who don't agree with them but I'm all for them and have certainly seen results.

Recently I've gone back to my roots and become pretty active on bodybuilding forums e.t.c. and noticed a lot of athlete's talking about MYProtein and how cheap they are so thought I'd share this with you...

You can buy 4kg of Protein for £45 with free P&P, it may taste like ass but all you need to do is add a little nesquik milkshake powder and it tastes just like chocolate milkshake.

Your usually paying £30-£40 for 2.25kg of branded Protein shake or for the people who use Holland and Barret £11.99 during sale time for 904g of the Body Fortress stuff.

Another good thing about this Protein shake is that its brilliant to cook with, if you check my other post you can make some pretty low calorie goody's that taste amazing.

If you've got any questions just give me a shout.

Cheers

i get this one instead

don't see why there's a 10 quid difference though because it has pretty much the same nutrition numbers as your one. it doesn't taste of anything i think. since it's unflavoured, you put it in water it tastes like water, milk, milk etc.

30 quid for 4.5 kg is a steal. but you only get it in a box and then in a bag so it looks like a bag of heroin or something *text deleted*.
