It's MapMyRun.com and it has to be one of the most usefull websites I can use prior to attending the PRMC. If I want to go for a 3 mile run say, I can plan it out on here with all different type of markers.
I go on all these different types of runs, and it measures the distance you've ran in the week and how many calories you've burnt which is an estimate obviously but a very accurate one at that. Also tells you how many minutes your averaging per mile and what your average speed was. It's really handy and you'll get to see your improves with the stats!
