Just went down to the gym today but noticed this setting on the treadmill 'Fit test', you press it and it has army, navy and marine settings on it, i pressed the marine one and did a 4.8 km run(3miles) at the end it said that i had a PFT score of 55, anyone know what this means????

yeh, half way through it slows down to a stop to allow you enough time to eat a cheese burger and fries, then you carry on.
