Massive improvement

i know theres people on the site who run like 15 miles and silly things like that *text deleted*... but the most distance i've ever covered is 4 miles.

However today i ran 6-7 miles in 45 minutes 41 seconds well bloody impressed with myself! was doing laps of this massive island thats 2.52 miles perimiter and on side of it is a bloody great long hill, and to top it off it was pissing down!:rock:

thought i'd big myself up on this site *text deleted*... as when you tell normal people who dont excerise things like this they dont give two *text deleted**text deleted*s!

I wish mate, i've only passed my phycometric test on monday got an eye test this monday got haven't even had a medical interview or PJFT yet *text deleted*!
