Hi there, got my medical coming up soon, only worry I have is a few years back I managed to brake both arms at the same time. had to have operation to put both wrists back into place, no plates or screws required, had some nerve damage afterwards but is all good Now - just wondering wether this is something I need to worry about or Not- again any help welcome.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune.

A bit clumsy breaking two at the same time :)

As long as at least 12 months have elapsed, full mobility has been regained, you can manage pull-ups, rope climbs and press-ups without issue and the nerve damage is 100%, free from numbness, you should be OK from what you have descibed.

Ultimately, it's the Doc's shout, not mine, but it doesn't sound like a show stopper.
