    Hi all,

Got back my review and it says Im unfit due to shin splints. Attachment says PMU which to my knowledge means permanently medically unfit, but royal navy states that i need to be discharged for 6 months, and then be able to do a military standard training for 3 months. I have no clue what this means, wether I can’t ever join or if i need to wait 6 months.

Help on this will be appreciated.
    Cheers.

Hi @poprm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. Have you been prescribed orthotic insoles?

Also there are many shin splint threads that may help. Simply type “shin splints” into the site’s
    search box.
