The Band of HM Royal Marines doing what they do best....

An aptly timed reminder for Falkland veterans, 38 years ago yesterday was the amphibious landings at San Carlos Bay, which changed the lives of many forever.

I was about to put that up. It's just beautiful.

Yep, I 'blue-toothed it through my car radio and it sounded awesome.

Appreciate Disturbed did a cracking version but this arrangement is excellent. Both vocalists are very good. Trying to decide whether the "axe" is actually a guitar or a' leccy violin.

If the Royal Marine Band has guitarists, the offspring may be regretting his OR route.

They do recruit classical guitarists & singers nowadays. Both also have to learn marching instruments. (from zero to grade 8 in 30 months)

He's got higher in guitar and bass. Not sure what grade that would be but equivalent of a-level I think.
That's one of the things he'll be missing most. He played every day before he left.
