it does make you wonder about it because one day you might be fighting the taliban and the next day or the day after you are walking down the street and not getting shot at.
most people think that it will be easy coming from a war zone straight back to civilian life and there is no after affect with it, but in most cases there are with soldiers, such as PTSD.
the guy in the video 'Jack' was eventually discharged from the army because he got into fights and was charged with assault. he went to see a army doc about his issues but he had to wait seven weeks before h could see him, but in this time he was kicked out because of issues with stress!

It must be strange to be honoured for your bravery and then in court for sticking up for yourself.

must be hard that, your job as a RM or any other armed force is to train hard and get mentally fit to fight and kill, and you are getting paid to be out in Afghanistan, that is the job! and to be back on civvie street, doing nothing, i think that is enough to drive anyone mad!
