Hi everyone, im only new to the site.
I havent yet applied for the RM but its always been my dream,
Im currently running a mile and half in about 16-17 minutes (slow i know)
i know i have a lot of work to do to get my times down for even just my pre fitness tests before PRMC
do you gfuys recon i could reach my target with hard work? and does anyone have any programs or advice that would help?
