Just a bit of guidance with regard what is and isn't acceptable on this forum.

Firstly, site membership includes current serving personnel, former service personnel and those aspiring to join the UK Armed Forces.

Included in the mix, and equally as important, are the Partners, Parents, Siblings, Grand Parents & Relatives of those serving, served or who aspire to serve.

Whilst those yet to join are not obligated to observe the MoD policy and guidelines for Social Media, it makes absolute sense that the site is moderated to that standard. In other words whatever is published on here could reasonably be interpreted to be a generic representation of the collective viewpoint of Armed Forces personnel.

In short: If you wouldn't say it to your easily-offended transsexual Great Aunt's face - the one who used to work for the KGB when she was a bloke, don't say it on here. :)
