anyone near milton keynes and fancy training together. ive already been in training once and i'll be happy to give any help i can. going to rejoin but my fitness is rubbish now.

I'm studying in Cardiff at the moment but my base in England is Padbury...about 25 mins drive from MK.

As above. Im quite close. What kind of training are you guys doing? im sorted for running and basic phys circuits. Would be up for some longer distance runs or load carrying though. Bit of weights wouldnt go amiss either.
