I was in two minds whether to delete this contentious news item, however, there's no point denying the armed forces have people from all walks of life, good and bad.

Whilst certainly no expert & with no inside knowledge on this subject, it's probably best not to comment on this particular ongoing issue.

The one general observation I considered immediately after the so-called "cessation of hostilities" in Iraq and the treatment of prisoners was that it must be extremely difficult to switch from one minute fighting for your life against an adversary that wants you dead, the next minute having to look after them with compassion. Usually the front-line combat troops are withdrawn and replaced with second line troops for peace-keeping- if you have the luxury of enough manpower.

Pretty weird claim, but we can't cast verdict until any course of action is taken by the RMP... but a boy? O dear!

why o dear because it's a boy ?

Would it be better if someone had sexually assaulted a girl ?

it could just be the start of a floodgate of claims following the preceding settlement. it's an odd claim
