My main motivation for re joining the marines is that I *text deleted* get the *text deleted* away from around here, I'm 22, but when I think of being a fat slob at the age of 30 sat in my council house drinking cans every night and take aways, supporting my 2.2 children off benefits with a 'fiance' who has let herself to bigtime, from a size 10/12 to a 22/24, hating every minute of everyday wishing it would of turned out something better...is that for me? is it *text deleted*, even though its the norm thesedays.

*text deleted*, no offence to people who live in council houses or anyone who is clinically 'obese', but yano what i mean... :blink1:

I like watching the proper trailers made by them, good motivation for a hard grind -

And the other one -

But I have never actually used anything to motivate me when training, just my mind. I should really my training would probably improve. At my gym all they play on the speakers is hardcore/trance/dance bollocks, not motivational! Once I get my MP3 sorted I'll be flying!

On the same page as you son, fading away into nothing like so many people I know who are content with it scares the hell out of me.
Any way here's a good one, though it takes a little bit to get into it (at 4:02 one of the most vicious hits I've ever seen):

And you can see yours truly (#70) giving someone a concussion in this one, see if you can spot it! ;)
