Im nearly 14, have decent to good fitness for my age, and did start a training regime because at 16 im defo goin for the marines, like my brother before me.
My problem comes in that i started, then lost motivation, then started, and lost motivation, that happened about 4 times, but i am starting PROPERLY again, but i am having trouble keeping myself motovated, especially with running, and sticking to what i have said i will do etc.
Does anybody have any tips or advice please?
