Can you move straight from the RMR to full time after reviving your green beret or have you got to do the full 32 weeks

You have to complete the 32 weeks.

The RMR is not a backdoor, nor an easier route. It’s a reserve force with a job to do.

Asked a fair bit this. You’d have to start from scratch and do the 32, but I think at one point it was possible. However, you could look at going FTRS once a trained rank. But if you’re thinking of that why not go full time straight off.

Edit: beaten to it.

because I'm currently doing A-levels

There are other alternatives to RMR for students. Might be worth looking into?

Make no mistake it’s a high commitment level to join RMR especially as a Recruit.
It’s not an easy way in, or a backdoor route,
Nor is it a given.
