    Greatest Day

Ash mate, it was a few more years ago than that mate.

However, its a day that sticks in your mind for ever.

You are from that day, A Royal Marine Commando and you will stand out from the crowd.

Its something you will always be proud of for the rest of your life.

    Cheers

    Steve

Didn't they do PRMC and not the Commando Tests,
surely no one on Blue Peter could even begin to attempt the AACC.

what's up with your heart mate? average age at pass out is apparently 19, though if you look at the "how old are you" poll on here it seems to be 17-23. i'm 25 (july just gone) and hopefully will be starting RT in a few months (got prmc to go yet though). too old is 34 till then it's all about fitness and will power

    The Goal

The goal of getting your green lid, is undoubtedly a great goal to score and also a very difficult one to achieve. However, you guys are firmly focused and that's what its all about.

    Cheers

    Passing Out

This post seemed to have dropped off the board. But its worth putting back again for others to read about how good it feels when you pass out.

There's a saying: You are what you eat.

Remember that muscle is heavier than fat. It may be worth lifting heavy weights for a while as well as taking weight gain supplements.

I always say to lads who join the Corps. No matter how difficult it gets, stay with it, and keep your eye on the King's Squad, as that's where you want to be. And every week you stay with it, its a week closer to you being one of them.

    Best of luck
