roughly at the moment i do a 3 mile run in 20 mins 30 ( my 3 mile has got 3 hills in it) i do 40 -45 press ups are my maximum and 50-60 sit ups if i pushed it i can do my 1.5 mile run in under 10 mins aswell..ive got my phycometric test on the 15th of this month would you say im on the right track for my prmc fitness?
