    Hi everyone.

    Has anyone else used this?

I got the app on my telling bone recently and I am pretty happy with it.

Not only is it helping me see how many calories I am consuming per day, it is forcing me to eat more to gain weight.

I think it is brilliant, you can set your own goals to suit you in the sense of weight gain, maintenance or loss.

I don't fully understand everything it can do just yet, but let's just say that I am still full from yesterday!

Yep, since I was about 14 my nan gets me the biggest steak she can find every year for Easter, as opposed to Easter eggs... this was from a couple of weeks ago..

How has premium been working mate ? - might have to consider

I started using it last month and fair to say my diet has improved. My metabolism is fast as *text deleted* so I need all the help I can get in helping me gain some weight!

    Start of February - 69kg
    Start of April - 73kg

How much is premium? Think of getting this after I'm back from Joint Warrior.

Been thinking of getting premium, it is the only way to get a print out of the progress and as far as I know it is better to have a training diary in that format for the interview.

Thanks for the price @Gingersaurus, awesome name by the way.

I've started to use this app and whilst I think it's pretty useful there's one feature I'm unsure of? When I sync it to my Garmin account it'll bring across the number of steps and also any extra exercise I've done so as an example today is:

    Running (jogging)- 554 calories
Garmin Connect Calorie Adjustment ( 18, 436 steps)- 1613 calories

Does this mean my run is being counted twice? I.e as the run and then in the steps?

Unsync your Garmin. It messes about with the calories in and out. Use them as seperate apps.
