Here is a website that might come in useful for PRM's.It's called navyseals.com (its run by two ex-seals) and every day they post up a different workout using the crossfit methodology (apparently its big in the seal teams) with the aim of preparing guys physically for BUD/S (seal training). I've done some of their stuff and its pretty intense!Anyway just thought that people on here may want to give one of the workouts a try!
