I sometimes get a stitch when running especially if i have just eaten.

I find it normally occurs within the first 5 minutes and my solution (sorry to say) is to just ignore it and keep running. I don't slow down and normally find it has faded by about 10 minutes into my run.

A stitch, where abouts?

Do you stretch before running? Are you getting enough hydration?

i always put mine down to lackof hydration, take a waterbottle out with your next run and have a few quick sips of it and carry on running and carry on sipping. see how you feel.

Stretch before you go,
take a bottle of water (as said),
and maybe warm up with a quick bit of skipping before you start of,
does wonders for me.

to get rid of it, lean forward at the waist, hands on hips. breathe all the air u possibly can out of your lungs..... then breathe out sum more!

its usually a little trapped air, no sure how it gets trapped or how it gets into the stomach but thats how u get rid of 1!!
