Right, I was just told I was doing too much... and now I suck at pushups because I have been doing weight training for so long.

So, I have 7 days a week to train.. I want to train loads. Suggestions please?

Cheers

Mate, I feel your pain. Found out the hard way that a good bench press doesn't translate into lots of press ups.

Have a look at the link below. It'll be hard to start with but you'll start seeing improvement quickly.

one hundred push ups

Best of luck fella

I'd like to back up the tip of One Hundred Pushups, It's a great program numbers have been well thought up - and it can fit into any persons schedule.
Just make sure your doing good form push ups, with your elbows neatly tucked in - and you'll soon see results.

Have a look at the programme i posted on your other post mate, thats a good programme. Training more doesnt mean u will get quicker results. If anything it means the opposite cz *text deleted* body develops during rest. Make sure your giving yourself at least 2 full days of rest a week. If u feel you need to train twice a day, cardio once and circuits/weights for the second
