Need of a new diet

Ite lads I'm looking for a new diet as mine I terrible, if anyone has a good diet plan they can share Itll be hoofin.

dont need to be too scientific about it. basically you need to make sure you are taking in plenty of carbs, plenty of protein for muscle growth and recovery and cut down on saturated fats, if you are looking to loose weight. Remember if you are training twice a day five days a week then you dont need to listen to the usual diet suggestions which are laid out for people who are rarely if ever exercise. Carbs and protein!
