Nervous and Anxious Partner

Hi Everyone

I have been with my partner for 6 years, I have always been aware of his interest of serving his country but we have had a very tough years and before we know it is 6 years down the line. But recently he approached me and said he would be joining, I have come to terms with it after this amount of time and I am stronger and more determined that the young girl he first met. BUT ! I am still very nervous and anxious about the whole process and with no family or friends who have gone through anything similar I have come on here for help, support and advice and to prepare myself of what is to come, what is expected of me and how I can be the partner my boyfriend will need.
