    I'm jealous! I am too tall for pull ups!! I can run quick with long dangly legs though:D. And I've got a longer way to go on the sit ups and pull ups, I want to be small...

    Yes sadly :( wouldn't worry to much I started at 9stone 1 and I'm now 10,7 in 7-8 months :)

    Ah well that happens eh. Not worrying me too much. Just eat right and get into the gym should be fine.

    I prefer lean in my own way!! 12% BF I'm happy with, better than my 16% last year
