I've found this forum really interesting and helpful in regards to helping me decide between the army or Royal Marines. I'm 15 looking to join as an officer after uni.

When going through the process of becoming a young officer you will be grilled on your academic performance.
There is talk of the commissioning course will be accredited and therefore the first step to an Undergraduate or Masters Degree. So in essence your passion & ambition is cracking but focus on your education and enjoy your youth.

DO NOT RUSH and stay in education as long as you can.

I do plan on staying in education. I'm going to do A Levels and go to uni as I feel that it will give me the maturity and experience. Thanks for the advice :)
