I thought the pongo ads were ace, personally.

Can’t wait for the RAF one. Preferably without the WAF in ray bans.

Yes we had a brief it shot up massively which will also mean more leave out of that as it only seems too focus on p company and drips and drabs so people will think its easier than what it is as it was with commando school

I can agree not every role is war fighting directly so it cant be quite the same of course. But the biggest downfall in recruitment isnt clerks rlc its infantry especially Guards

    Passed PRMC
Bit of easy phys for a good SJAR, with probably something like a few days leave etc, not a bad deal.

Some interesting figures have recently been released by Whitehall. And being a nerdy little busy body I of course noticed.

Official MOD statistics show that between 1 Jul 2018 and 1 Jul 2019 a total of 13,250 people joined the Armed Forces, while 14,880 left.

I think hence the enhanced pay increase for forces and particularly new joiners.

I meant the main man on camera where it flicked back and forth from him on prmc and in his beret

If the object was to produce a promotional film for PRMC there would be no need for the 'star' to complete the entire PRMC assuming that he was a trained rank anyway which is implied in the final credits. He may have done so of course but the film is impressively produced which takes considerable time. The final credits suggest that it was an in-house project.

The pay rise is more to do with bringing the armed forces in line with the current level of inflation and reasonable living standards ( cost of living ) but I suppose it may help recruitment.

We had an internal memo on it.

I lovely being a geek with figures too. People still voting with their feet then, but you’ll always get natural leakage from end of service and injury etc
