Hi guys I have not been running in like 11 days now. I am going to start running again tomorow probably do a 3 miler. I was just wondering will not running for this length of time affect my fitness, because i am worried now *text deleted*.
Went for my first run in all that time today (this morning) 3 miler kept a steady pace on the flats but struggled on the hills and my lungs were burning *text deleted*. But dont think i have lost my fitness thank god!
