Hi lads,

Got my PRMC 2 weeks time, ive been down twice before back when i was with college. Did the assault course and endurance course twice now, really enjoyed it. BUT im concerned about something...i can run well (3.3 Miles in 18.46) i can do press-ups (72 in 2 minutes) but my sit-ups are... quite frankly rubbish (i do about 40 in a minute and struggling slightly) do you think in 2 weeks i can boost this by a good amount? Oh and at the moment im ill and been told not to train? What you think?

I think do some light phys, and just keep doing those sit ups.

wow your times are smashing how you fail last two times mate? just do sit ups l the dy every door frame you go through :)

No no noooo, i havent done a PRMC yet! I went down with college for look at life courses for a couple of weeks that is all. I plan on passing first time round *text deleted*. Would you lot say runnning is the most looked upon then?
