Just started running again this week gone after over three weeks off due to shin splints. Obviously my running has been affected and I've just been taking it easy but got my time for the second 1.5 mile in at 10 minutes comfortably the other night so I'm pretty chuffed to be using my legs again. Softly softly!

Gratz on getting your legs back in working order, best of luck getting your time down and keeping the splints at bay
