    La plume de ma tante!

If Brexit is such a crucial issue that the BBC has insisted on inflicting twenty-four-hour 'all day Brexit' speculation on the nation for almost three years how come an old French church catches fire and suddenly the BBC dumps Brexit from the UK news agenda?

I'm almost hoping that a UNESCO World Heritage Site will be incinerated on a more frequent basis just to keep Brexit off the news.

It's very suspicious. The fire service checked out a reported fire, didn't see anything and left. Then were called back 30 minutes later when it was fully ablaze.

I seen this before with a nightclub down here. Small fire, fire service put it out and left. An hour later, the club was fully ablaze again. Turned out that some scroat had been paid to burn it down, fire service put it out, so to get paid he went back down and started it again.

Chances of a professional fire service missing a fire? Not high in my book.

That's if what is reported is true.
