Off to Borneo

Well lads, at 03.40 this morning I start my journey. 9 days in the Borneo, climbing the highest mountain in South East Asia. I've got my bergen packed with 25 kilos worth of low level jungle kit to high altitude cold weather gear.

I'll be back on the 24th so good luck to all those starting RT then. And of course, to everyone who's having an interview, POC, PRMC etc.

I've just touched down in the Capital and am waiting for a connecting flight onto Kota Kinabalu where the challenge begins.

I haven't slept since I wrote the first post! It is so bloody hot out here! I've got sweat rolling down that crack of my arse like Niagra!

It's all jungle out here! I keep feeling like there's someone waiting to ambush me and my big bad burgen, it's awesome!
